Starting school in August 2026? We can't wait to meet you!

Do you have a child due to start school in 2026? ​

We will be holding an open evening on 7th October at 6.30pm and also offer tours around the school during the school day - please contact us to find out more. ​

We have one EYFS intake, in late August/early September. Parents and carers need to apply for a place at our school via the local authority by mid-January and places are confirmed in April. It is important to apply on time to have the best chance of securing a place at your preferred school.

The Planned Admission Number is 30 students per year. (Total pupils 210)

Doors open at 8.30am
Registration at 8.45am
School ends at 3.15pm

Meet Mrs Pacey- the EYFS Class Teacher!

Mrs Mrs Pacey has worked at Donisthorpe for a number of years- this year she has taken on the role of Early Years Lead and will be teaching the EYFS children. She has prior experience of working in early years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.

The Nook- Before and After School Club

The Nook is based at Donisthorpe Primary School. We run a breakfast club from 7.30am until the start of school, Monday to Friday, and an afterschool club from the end of school until 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.
